Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (excluding holidays). In-stock orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is approved. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers. We ship via FedEx and UPS. At checkout you may select a standard shipping option, ship on your own FedEx or UPS account, or arrange third-party freight. Customers in California may also choose free local pickup at our Eastvale, CA location.

Large Orders / Freight. Orders of $5,000 or more are shipped by LTL freight. Freight charges for these orders are quoted and invoiced separately after the order is placed and may be paid under your account.

Shipping Costs. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the method selected, or billed to your carrier account where applicable. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times. Delivery time depends on the carrier, the service selected, and the destination. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking. Once your order ships, tracking information is provided by email when available.

Shipping Area. We currently ship within the United States. For other destinations, please contact us before ordering.
