Return & Refund Policy

Returns. We want you to be satisfied with your order. Unused, unwashed, and undecorated merchandise in its original condition may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization (RMA). Before returning any item, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items. The following are not eligible for return: items that have been washed, worn, decorated, printed, embroidered, or otherwise altered; closeout or clearance items; and custom or special orders.

Restocking Fee. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned merchandise.

Return Shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective or Incorrect Items. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
